  • International Orders: For international shipping, please expect delivery within 14 to 31 days depending on the destination.


2. Where can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will upload the tracking information as soon as possible. You can track your package through our Track Your Order page.


3. How do I return an item?

We accept returns within 30 days after your item has been delivered. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team, and we will guide you through the process. Please make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging.


4. Do you offer exchanges?

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return an item and place a new order if you'd like to try a different size, color, or product.


5. I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. Our team will assist you with a replacement or a refund.


6. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After this time, your order may have already been processed or shipped, and cancellations may not be possible. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately!


7. Do you offer free shipping?

Currently, we offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount. You can check for eligibility at checkout or in our Shipping & Delivery section.

9. Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes on international orders?

10. Do you ship to my country?

We offer international shipping to most countries. To check if we ship to your location, simply go to the checkout page and enter your shipping address. If you face any issues, feel free to reach out to us directly!


11. Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

Once your order is confirmed and processed, we are unable to make changes to it (e.g., size, color, shipping address). However, if you contact us immediately after placing the order, we may be able to assist you before it’s shipped.


12. How do I know if my payment was successful?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email containing all the details of your order. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still haven’t received it, feel free to contact us.


13. Do you offer gift cards?

At the moment, we do not offer gift cards. However, we’re always looking to expand our offerings, so stay tuned!


14. Can I apply a discount code after placing my order?

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied to orders once they have been placed. Please double-check your code before submitting your order to make sure it’s correct.
